We decided to redo the floor in our main level bathroom :) this is what was under the linoleum-which we had to rip up to get to the sub flooring. Fun fun fun demolition! This is a first for me, but David has a ton of experience since he worked in construction at some point. :)
We just wanted to point out the color the previous owners had painted the bathroom...that bright pink where the toilet tank hid it...yeah...that is like carnation pink - I painted the bathroom taupe or as my husband keeps insisting...grey. Since there is only 9 REAL colors and taupe isn't one of them. LOL. 
We put the backer board/concrete board down and it looks so much cleaner...but you look around and have to think, "where's the toilet?"And here it is...

A GARAGE, thats where you put it silly! I can totally sympathize. I had my laundry room, bathroom, and kitchen and dining room down at the same time. It was all in the living room and on the back patio (my garage is full of two antique cars, remember)! We got so tired of eating out, it was awful! On the bright side you have other bathrooms! Good job, post pics of your truck too!
